“Amazing...highly recommend.”

Doug at Poolworks is great. We needed a new pump and filter for our vintage 1960's pool. I think the equipment we had came with the original build of the pool in 1965 or something. We asked around for different bids, including a bid from another pool guy and one from Leslie's pool supply. Doug's bid was on the comparable to lower side, lower than the other pool guy. His bid was comparable to Leslie's, but when I called Leslie's, they transferred my call 4 different times in order to get a simple bid. I was on the phone for 1/2 hour. Compared to calling Poolworks, where the wonderful Lynn takes your call, and answers all your questions quickly and efficiently. I don't like being strung through the red tape of big companies, so we went with Doug at Poolworks, and I'm very happy we did. Our pool equipment works great! I'm so happy. He was easy to talk to and explained everything very clearly. Doug arrived exactly at the time he said he would and replaced our old worn out filter and pump and now the pool works great! Doug is a very nice guy and did an amazing job installing our new pool equipment. I highly recommend him if you need your pool worked on. He rehabs pools too. And he helped me figure out the chemistry to keep it up and running clean. Highly recommend.

Doug at Poolworks has done so much work over the years on my pool equipment!  He's replaced the pump, installed a heater, replaced the filter, the list goes on and on. I have found him to be reasonably priced, prompt, and reliable. He also inspects pools and pool equipment, I have recommended him to many people over the years and have never, ever heard a complaint from anyone.  A first rate company, I highly recommend them!!
